Energy Performance Certificate: The Energy Performance Certificate is commissioned by the seller and is carried out by an approved energy consultant. It gives ratings and expected costs for the heating system, insulation, double glazing, etc.

Full Structural Survey: This is the most comprehensive type of survey. It can be done for any building, but is especially recommended for buildings of non-standard construction and for properties which have had many of alterations or houses where you are planning major alterations.
