This listed timber-framed cottage was built in 1794 and in 1996 completely refurbished and modernised. In 2016 further modernisations and renovations were carried out by the current owners, so that it is now in immaculate, move-in condition. It is sympathetically furnished and equipped and successfully rented out to holiday guests from all over the world. The outbuilding is currently used as storage area for bicycles, but can also be converted into living area. It is however not suitable as a garage. The very private courtyard invites you to relax and enjoy the summer with a nice glass of wine, or meet with friends. The cottage is also perfect as a permanent residence for singles or couples, who are offered here a reasonably-priced property with much character and no need for renovations.
