The single-family house built in 1909 was lovingly modernized and renovated about 7 years ago and then successfully rented to holiday guests. The rooms are light-flooded and very cosy contributing additionally to the holiday-like feeling. The two wood burners on the ground and top floors create a pleasant warmth during the cold time of the year. It is sold fully equipped, therefor it has the potential to be a rental. But also for own use and for permanent living the house offers enough space.
The house is located in the village centre of the popular wine village Enkirch (www.enkirch.de). Here you can find ancient timber-framed cottages with wine-clad facades, narrow, cobbled lanes and impressive traditional wineries. In the village, only a few steps from the house, you can get all daily supplies in quaint little shops, where there is always time for a chat, and there are numerous restaurants and winebars to rest and enjoy their specialties. Larger supermarkets, hospitals, swimming pools, etc. are in Traben-Trarbach (3 km) and Zell, both very popular and beautiful Mosel towns. From Enkirch you can explore the whole Mosel region from the ancient Roman town of Trier to Koblenz, where the Mosel meets the Rhine. There are countless tourist attractions, walking and cycle paths, so that you will never be bored. An excellent road network and Frankfurt-Hahn airport in 15 km distance guarantee easy access from and to all parts of Europe.
