This listed timber-framed cottage was built in 1794 and in 1996 completely refurbished and modernised. In 2016 further modernisations and renovations were carried out by the current owners, so that it is now in immaculate, move-in condition. It is sympathetically furnished and equipped and successfully rented out to holiday guests from all over the world. The outbuilding is currently used as storage area for bicycles, but can also be converted into living area. It is however not suitable as a garage. The very private courtyard invites you to relax and enjoy the summer with a nice glass of wine, or meet with friends. The location in the old village centre of Briedel near Zell is quiet and outside the flood zone. In the village, there is a bakery and numerous restaurants and wine bars. The nearby traditional wine growing town of Zell is one of the prettiest and most popular towns in the Mosel valley. It offers an excellent infrastructure with shops, supermarkets, restaurants, doctors, schools, swimming pool and numerous sports activities. The vicinity of Frankfurt-Hahn airport and the motorway A 1 (both approx. 20 km) guarantee easy access to and from all parts of Europe.
