The year of construction of the listed half-timbered house offered here is not known exactly. It is assumed that it was built in the 19th century. It offers about 110 m² of living space and about 100 m² of usable space, distributed over a total of three floors. To the house belongs an outbuilding, which offers a garage as well as a storage space on the floor above.
On the first floor of the property is, next to the living room, the spacious kitchen and two storage rooms. At the same time, the laundry room is located here. Through this one gets to the bathroom, which was renovated about 2008 and now offers a floor-level shower, as well as to the rear courtyard. The courtyard is quiet and offers plenty of space to sit and relax, with friends and family.
Upstairs, in addition to the guest toilet, there are a total of three bedrooms and a small, additional living room, which is ideal as an office.
The attic of the property is used as a storage area. Here there is another small room, which can be used as a hobby room.
Mostly double-glazed plastic windows from 1990 were installed, partly also already from 2003. The residential house is heated with electric night storage heaters. The exact year of construction is not known, but probably in the 90s, few also later.
The object offers itself perfectly as a vacation house. In just a few steps you are at the bike path and the Moselle.
Treis-Karden is a charming Moselle village with sufficient shopping facilities, restaurants, doctors, pharmacies, schools and a variety of sports facilities. The location is ideal for excursions to the sights of the Moselle as well as for hiking and cycling tours in the surrounding area. A well-developed road network, the airport Frankfurt-Hahn in 44 km distance as well as the train station Treis-Karden, which is only about 200 meters away, ensure easy accessibility from all parts of Germany and Europe.
