The year of construction of the solidly built property dates back to the 18th century, the exact year is unknown. The café was first opened in 1881 and has been family-run ever since. Around '85 the building was extended by two floors. The roof covering from 1985 (artificial slate) is accordingly. In 1994 the house was extended with a rear extension. In the café (ground floor) and in the living room (2nd floor) there are wood stoves that can be converted into pellet stoves. Alternatively, there are additional oil tanks in the basement (capacity 10,000 liters). Heating lines are laid throughout the house. The café on the ground floor has 32 seats inside and 48 outside. In 2011 the window front and the entrance door were renewed (triple glazed), at the same time the electrical system was renewed. In 1995 new PVC windows (double glazed) were installed in the living area. The office on the 1st floor was designed so that a café area can also be built there, including three smaller balconies. The bathroom renovation on the 3rd floor followed in 2010. The electrical system in the living rooms was renewed in 2008.
