The year of construction of the property goes back to the year 1760. At that time still used as a tax office, the house developed into a residential building over decades and centuries. The ground floor was still built with quarry stone, from the upper floor followed half-timbered. In the years 1968 to 1977 the ground floor and upper floor rooms were rebuilt and renovated. The attic storey was completely expanded into an independent apartment in the years 1990-91, which is accessible from the upper floor apartment. Around 1970, the double car garage with a large terrace was added. In the course of the 2000s, there were repeated investments in the house. In 1999 the property was re-covered with natural slate, and the facade was given a new coat of paint. Another improvement followed in 2009. In 2002 the upper floor was extensively renovated.
The oil central heating burner was replaced in 2005. The water is also heated via the heater.
