The year of construction of the property dates back to 1824. In 1921 the building burned down to the foundation walls, but in the following years it was rebuilt. At that time it was still used as a winegrower's house, but in 1995 it was completely renovated and has since been used as a multi-family house. The renovation created three self-contained residential units, and the attic was completely rebuilt during the renovation. Two residential units are currently vacant, one is rented.
All three apartments are heated by economical electric heaters. In addition, they are each insulated from the inside. In the ground floor apartment there is the special feature that the master bedroom as well as the bathroom are in the basement. Access is gained via a spiral staircase, which can be entered from the living room.
All three units have a daylight bathroom and two bedrooms.
The outbuilding also offers a lockable storage room at ground level for the tenants. There is also a garage, which can be used by the tenant or rented out. In this outbuilding is also the storage space for the garbage cans and a covered seating area for tenants.
The current rental income of the rented apartment amounts to monthly 390, - € cold.
