The dwelling house offered here was established in the year 1955 in massif construction method. It was covered with natural slate. Beside approx. 190 m ² floor space it offers on 482 m ² property surface a double garage together with large storeroom as well as a small yard for the additional parking in the free one. Of course this, paired with the adjoining, small, low-maintenance garden, can also be used for the little ones to play.
With a total of 6 bedrooms, there is plenty of room for the whole family, whether used as an extended family or as a multi-generational home.
In 1987 several modernization measures were accomplished. Thus at this time the oil central heating was installed, together with the installation of double glazed wooden windows. The exact year of the renewal of the electrics is not known, but is also thought to be in the 80s/early 90s. In 1995 an additional extension was added to the existing dwelling house. In this year, as already mentioned above, the double garage with storage room, which can also be used as a garage, was built.
On the ground floor there is a large terrace where you can relax with a good glass of wine. This is also accessible from the outside via a staircase. The balcony on the upper floor offers a slight view of the Moselle and the Calmont.
The house is located in a quiet and flood-free area of Bremm. Bremm is a small wine village between Cochem and Zell, with a beautiful Moselle front and narrow, cobbled streets, with many old half-timbered houses. In the village itself there is a baker, numerous wine taverns and restaurants, as well as a kindergarten. Further shopping facilities, as well as a primary school, are available in Ediger-Eller or Bullay, 3 km away. Secondary schools as well as doctors, hospitals, shopping centres, etc. can be found in Zell and Cochem, two of the most beautiful towns in the Moselle valley. Here you will find a wide range of tourist attractions and sporting activities, such as golf, paragliding, extensive cycling and hiking tours and numerous water sports. Bremm is connected by an hourly bus service and the railway network in Cochem and Bullay, and it is only about 30 minutes to the A1/A48 motorway junction and Frankfurt-Hahn airport, ensuring good accessibility from all parts of Germany and Europe.
