This listed and extremely popular boutique hotel was built in 1839 in a typical Moselle style. In addition to the impressive interplay between old building and modernity, the hotel impresses with its prime location in the heart of Cochem. The hotel extends over four floors, with a total of 22 beds or 10 guest rooms with bathroom en suite.

On the ground floor is the gastronomy area including the impressive breakfast room, which offers space for 23 tables or 53 seats. In 1999 a completely new gastro-kitchen including electrics was installed. The guest rooms begin on the 1st floor. On this floor there are two guest rooms with bathroom en suite. These were developed approx. 2002. Here are also public guest WCs, both ladies and gents. On the 2nd floor follow five further guest rooms, which were renovated in 2013 and 2019 including the bathrooms. The top floor, which can be reached conveniently by elevator, holds further space for a total of three guest rooms. One of them is the large triple room, which was created in 2002 from the former operator's apartment. The two other, smaller guest rooms with bathroom en suite offer a magnificent, unobstructed view of the Reichsburg, the landmark of Cochem.

The rental contracts of the underground parking spaces as well as the open-air seating area opposite can be taken over without any problems.
