Description

This exceptional architect's house with office unit was built in 1982 on a 726 m² building plot. Spread over three floors, the house offers approx. 192 m² of living space and approx. 95 m² of office space. It is therefore ideal for living and working under one roof.

Even back then, the owner attached great importance to energy-efficient construction. The house was built with 36.5 cm of insulating masonry and 4 - 6 cm of mineral wool, and again with quarry stone on the outside. Furthermore, triple-glazed wooden windows were installed. The gas central heating was renewed in 1997.
