The origins of this property date back to 1729, which is recorded on the lintel. In the middle of the 19th century, the property fell victim to a fire, as a result of which it burnt down to the first floor. The house was then rebuilt.

Since then, it has stood on a 39 m² plot and offers 76 m² of living space spread over 3 floors. The top floor is also available as an extension reserve.

A lot has been invested in the property in recent years. For example, the electrics were renewed at the beginning of the 2000s and the installation of electric radiators throughout the house, including the wiring, was partially refreshed again in 2009. Double-glazed windows were installed between 2006 and 2011, and horizontal barriers were installed on the first floor in 2015. In 2017, the entire house façade was extensively renovated.
